x86/mm/pti: Fix PTI comment in entry_SYSCALL_64()

The filename of the patch is: x86-mm-pti-fix-pti-comment-in-entry_syscall_64.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.14 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

The comment is confusing since the path is taken when CONFIG_PAGE_TABLE_ISOLATION=y is disabled (while the comment says it is not taken).
