staging: ccree: fix fips event irq handling build

The filename of the patch is: staging-ccree-fix-fips-event-irq-handling-build.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.14 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

When moving from internal for kernel FIPS infrastructure the FIPS event irq handling code was left with the old ifdef by mistake. Fix it.
