4.14 is great, but this is the 4.4-stable queue :)
Will it make to 4.14 stable queue sometime in future?

No, not at all, if you want a patch in a specific stable tree, just email the git commit id to stable@vger.kernel.org and let me know what tree(s) it should be applied to.
