The filename of the patch is: arm-omap2plus_defconfig-fix-probe-errors-on-uarts-5-and-6.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

We have more than four uarts on some SoCs and that can cause noise with errors while booting.
