x86/xen: Support early interrupts in xen pv guests

The filename of the patch is: x86-xen-support-early-interrupts-in-xen-pv-guests.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.14 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

Add early interrupt handlers activated by idt_setup_early_handler() to the handlers supported by Xen pv guests. This will allow for early WARN() calls not crashing the guest.
