rndis_wlan: add return value validation

The filename of the patch is: rndis_wlan-add-return-value-validation.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.4 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

Function create_singlethread_workqueue() will return a NULL pointer if there is no enough memory, and its return value should be validated before using. However, in function rndis_wlan_bind(), its return value is not checked. This may cause NULL dereference bugs. This patch fixes it.
