iio: multiplexer: add NULL check on devm_kzalloc() and devm_kmemdup() return values

The filename of the patch is: iio-multiplexer-add-null-check-on-devm_kzalloc-and-devm_kmemdup-return-values.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.14 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

Check return values from call to devm_kzalloc() and devm_kmemup() in order to prevent a NULL pointer dereference.
This issue was detected using Coccinelle and the following semantic patch:

* x = devm_kzalloc(...); ... when != x == NULL x->fld
