[PATCH] ARM: dts: at91: at91sam9g25: fix mux-mask pinctrl property

There are only 19 PIOB pins having primary names PB0-PB18. Not all of them have a 'C' function. So the pinctrl property mask ends up being the same as the other SoC of the at91sam9x5 series. [PATCH] drm/vmwgfx: Fix a destoy-while-held mutex problem.

When validating legacy surfaces, the backup bo might be destroyed at surface validate time. However, the kms resource validation code may have the bo reserved, so we will destroy a locked mutex. While there shouldn't be any other users of that mutex when it is destroyed, it causes a lock leak and thus throws a lockdep error. Fix this by having the kms resource validation code hold a reference to the bo while we have it reserved. We do this by introducing a validation context which might come in handy when the kms code is extended to validate multiple resources or buffers. When virtio-rpmsg device is provided via virtio-mmio transport, the dma_alloc_coherent() (called by rpmsg_probe()) fails on ARM/ARM64 systems because "vdev->dev.parent->parent" device is used as parameter to dma_alloc_coherent(). The "vdev->dev.parent->parent" device represents underlying remoteproc platform device when virtio-rpmsg device is provided via virtio-remoteproc transport. When virtio-rpmsg device is provided via virtio-mmio transport, the "vdev->dev.parent->parent" device represents the parent device of virtio-mmio platform device and dma_alloc_coherent() fails for this device because generally there is no corresponding platform device and dma_ops are not setup for "vdev->dev.parent->parent". This patch fixes dma_alloc_coherent() usage in rpmsg_probe() by trying dma_alloc_coherent() with "vdev->dev.parent" device when it fails with "vdev->dev.parent->parent" device. [PATCH 2/3] cfi_cmdset_0001: Workaround Micron Erase suspend bug.

Normally, the device driver will call hmm_mirror_unregister() when the process using the device is finished. However, if the process exits uncleanly, the struct_mm can be destroyed with no warning to the device driver. Because of this after multiple include there was multiple definition of both hmm_mm_init() and hmm_mm_destroy() leading to build failure if HMM was enabled (CONFIG_HMM set). [PATCH] nvme: Skip checking heads without namespaces

If a task is holding a reference to a namespace on a removed controller, the head will not be released. If the same controller is added again later, its namespaces may not be successfully added. Instead, the user will see kernel message "Duplicate IDs for nsid <X>". This patch fixes that by skipping heads that don't have namespaces when considering if a new namespace is safe to add.
