[PATCH] PM: EM: Fix late boot with holes in CPU topology

commit e3f1164fc9ee ("PM: EM: Support late CPUs booting and capacity adjustment") added a mechanism to handle CPUs that come up late by retrying when any of the `cpufreq_cpu_get()` call fails. However, if there are holes in the CPU topology (offline CPUs, e.g. nosmt), the first missing CPU causes the loop to break, preventing subsequent online CPUs from being updated. Instead of aborting on the first missing CPU policy, loop through all and retry if any were missing. Goto-san reported confusing pgpromote statistics where the pgpromote_success count significantly exceeded pgpromote_candidate. However, these migrated pages are only counted for in PGPROMOTE_SUCCESS, not in PGPROMOTE_CANDIDATE. To solve these confusing statistics, introduce PGPROMOTE_CANDIDATE_NRL to count the missed promotion pages. And also, not counting these pages into PGPROMOTE_CANDIDATE is to avoid changing the existing algorithm or performance of the promotion rate limit. [PATCH] KVM: arm64: nested: Fix VA sign extension in VNCR/TLBI paths

From: gyutrange <wlsrbwjd643(a)naver.com> VNCR/TLBI VA reconstruction currently uses bit 48 as the sign bit, but for 48-bit virtual addresses the correct sign bit is bit 47. Using 48 can mis-canonicalize addresses in the negative half and may cause missed invalidations. Although VNCR_EL2 encodes other architectural fields (RESS, BADDR; see Arm ARM D24.2.206), sign_extend64() interprets its second argument as the index of the sign bit. Passing 48 prevents propagation of the canonical sign bit for 48-bit VAs. [PATCH v5 2/2] drm/buddy: Separate clear and dirty free block trees

Maintain two separate RB trees per order - one for clear (zeroed) blocks and another for dirty (uncleared) blocks. This separation improves code clarity and makes it more obvious which tree is being searched during allocation. It also improves scalability and efficiency when searching for a specific type of block, avoiding unnecessary checks and making the allocator more predictable under fragmentation. The changes have been validated using the existing drm_buddy_test KUnit test cases, along with selected graphics workloads, to ensure correctness and avoid regressions. v2: Missed adding the suggested-by tag.
