If the doorbell register is toggled before the full write of the linked list a race condition error will occur. In remote setup we can only use a readl to the memory to assure the full write has occurred. However, it mistakenly dereferences 'dev' before performing the NULL check, potentially leading to a NULL pointer dereference if 'dev' is NULL. To fix this issue, move the NULL check before dereferencing the 'dev' pointer, ensuring that the pointer is valid before attempting to use it. Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with SVACE. Also, since commit 1e88eb1b2c25 ("drm/amd/display: Drop CONFIG_DRM_AMD_DC_HDCP") there are two separate checks for NULL in 'adev->dm.dc' before dc_deinit_callbacks() and dc_dmub_srv_destroy(). Such a packet is easily constructed. Syzbot generates them and sets off this warning. Remove the warning as it is expected and not actionable. The warning was previously reduced from WARN_ON to WARN_ON_ONCE in commit 270136613bf7 ("fou: Do WARN_ON_ONCE in gue_gro_receive for bad proto callbacks"). [PATCH] iommu/vt-d: Remove cache tags before disabling ATS

The current implementation removes cache tags after disabling ATS, leading to potential memory leaks and kernel crashes. Specifically, CACHE_TAG_DEVTLB type cache tags may still remain in the list even after the domain is freed, causing a use-after-free condition. This issue really shows up when multiple VFs from different PFs passed through to a single user-space process via vfio-pci.
