6.1 / 6.4 Dynamic speed switching backports

Hi, A series landed in 6.5 that helps system hangs when AMD dGPUs are used in Intel hosts and the host advertises ASPM. The whole series was CC stable 6.1+, but for some reason (unknown to me) these two commits in the series didn't apply to 6.1 and 6.4. 188623076d0f ("drm/amd: Move helper for dynamic speed switch check out of smu13") e701156ccc6c ("drm/amd: Align SMU11 SMU_MSG_OverridePcieParameters implementation with SMU13") The rest of the commits came back properly, and I double checked these were not in the queue and work when added into 6.4.6/6.1.41 so can you please bring them in to complete the stable backport? Thanks!

[6.1] Fix phoenix PHY hang

PMF EC notifications

Hi, The following two patches fix the notification path to the EC (by way of SBIOS) for the PMF driver. 33c9ab5b493a0 platform/x86/amd/pmf: Notify OS power slider update 839e90e75e695 platform/x86/amd/pmf: reduce verbosity of apmf_get_system_params This change allows Phoenix based laptops to use software like power-profiles-daemon to configure the APU for power saving or for performance and on affected systems can significantly impact battery life. As Phoenix systems are enabled from 6.1 onwards, can these both be brought to 6.1.y and 6.4.y? Thanks!

Netfilter -stable patches for 6.1.y

Hi Greg, Sasha, Could you please cherry-pick: 29ad9a305943 ("netfilter: nf_tables: fix underflow in chain reference counter") b8ae60de6fd3 ("netfilter: nf_tables: fix underflow in object reference counter" into 6.1.y? Other -stable kernels I have just audited do not need these updates, since this fix have been already included in my recent -stable backports. Thanks.
