But I can't find it in the tested trees[1] for more than 90 days.

Until then the bug is still considered open and new crashes with
the same signature are ignored.

I've noticed that the recent (at the moment) releases 6.2.10 and 6.1.23 weren't merged into linux-rolling-stable and linux-rolling-lts respectively. Is there something wrong with them that they require the delay?
