This was confirmed to be fixed by using level-triggered interrupts. The report was about SDIO. However, as the host controller is the same for SD and MMC, apply the change to all mmc controller instances. [PATCH] ceph: update the time stamps and try to drop the suid/sgid

There is no Posix item requires that we should clear the suid/sgid in fallocate code path but this is the default behaviour for most of the filesystems and the VFS layer. And also the same for the write code path, which have already support it. And also we need to update the time stamps since the fallocate will change the file contents. While the above is allowed by the protocol specification it consumes resources for almost no reason and additionally causes sporadic self-tests failures. Let's move the mptcp socket to the TCP_CLOSE state when there are no alive subflows at close time, so that the allocated resources will be freed immediately.
