# [GNU-767] Support changing SVE vector length in remote debugging
- Worked on v2 of the gdbserver patches improving SVE support. Found a couple of simplifications that could be made to the code. Rebased on current master branch and finished regression testing and patch preparation. Wrote the cover letter. - Finally posted the patch series upstream¹.
