This isn't toll-free : UK 0845 numbers are traditionally "local rate". Your wiki page correctly lists this as "lo-call".

* International toll free - Germany:  0800 588 9170  * International toll free - UK:  0800 358 6385

...and indeed this is the UK toll free number.
