Progress:

* Spent some time digging into binutils issue for Neon but still not sure why I see the problem when this is fixed in 2.21 branch and no one else see this. * Fixed PR 48090 upstream. * Some patch review. * T2 performance meeting.

Plans when I'm back:

* Continue looking at divmodsi4 improvements. * Continue looking at excessive VFP moves. * Backport the fix for the initialization of cgraph into FSF 4.5 branch.
