2. Analyze the dwarf check fail in native build when enabling shrink-wrap: * Root cause: tail calls from simple-return path and normal return path are optimized as one common tail call. * To fix it, use simple-return to indicate the one from simple-return path, which will block the optimization to mix them.

Plans: * Test shrink-wrap performance.
