Reviewed s390x vector patch set 3. Reviewed renesas rx patch set 3. Posted some patches and thoughts for https://bugs.linaro.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4274 Implemented extract2 as a tcg opcode. Minor hppa bug fixes. Lots more work on decodetree and A32+T32+T16 conversion.
