Progress: * UM-2 [QEMU upstream maintainership] + More of the usual freeze-related work * QEMU-420 [GICv4 emulation] + I think the code is more or less bug-free now; still need to figure out the best way for a board to request a GICv4 (eg do we want a 'revision' property specifying 3, 3.1, 4, 4.1, or just 3 vs 4 with some optional booleans for extra features?)
