The good news is that thanks to Peter's qemu-linaro pre-release earlier today, we should be in a position to deliver an updated qemu for users of maverick and you wont have to build it yourself :-)
Agreed - The requirement for testing the toolchain is user-mode Linux emulation and we've got to try and make sure this works always for this for our testing to work :)
Ofcourse as we discussed in the call yesterday as long as we have a continuous native build and test going on for the GNU tools we are pretty well covered to be using qemu for our cross-testing.
