This is clearly just a renaming of tests that were already failing. I'd certainly encourage the relevant target maintainers to investigate and fix the failing tests (which probably indicate a back-end change is needed to make variable argument access work correctly in a function with no named arguments - some architectures were fixed by the change in bug 107453, but it wouldn't be surprising if other architectures need back-end changes).
