After a quick glance, it looks valid.
E.g.:
configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --disable-bootstrap, --with-mode, --with-arch, --with-tune, --with-fpu, --with-float
All these options are certainly valid GCC configure options. Which configure are you calling?
