Hi,
It seems bug 947111 affects the binary toolchain.

This issue had been recorded previously with bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/armel-cross-toolchain-base/+bug/94.... This appeared to be fixed already according to the bug report, but seem to have regressed again.
