I don't know how cricual this is, but it's at least inconsistent; the linaro-developer images are getting signatures.

Thanks for alerting us to this.

The issue was that the secret key wasn't available on some of the slaves. This is now fixed and all future builds should be signed. Please let us know if you notice any other issues.
