This is a result of the combination of the multiplatform series and d5d4fdd86f57 ("irqchip/versatile-fpga: Fix PCI IRQ mapping on Versatile PB") from the fixes branch.
Both branches individually are correct, and I've fixed up the build error by merging the fixes into the multiplatform branch and modifying the merge commit to do the right thing.
